Allison Rich- Mrs. Tallahassee

Why should I be the next Mrs. Florida United States?
Being selected as Mrs. Florida United States 2007 would allow me the humble opportunity to represent the married women of the the great state of Florida while also provding me an additional vehicle to promote my platform, which is the importance of leading a heart healthy life style.

Nikole Sabin- Mrs. Emerald Coast

Becoming Mrs. Florida United States would not only be a dream come true, but it would allow me to get more involved with our State's charities and organizations. There are a number of wonderful organizations that exist today, but they constantly need volunteers. With the number of volunteers declining rapidly, my goal is to inspire our youth to get involved and help these organizations keep up their efforts. By devoting just a couple hours of our time, we allow these wonderful charities to continue supporting those people in need. I believe that with the assistance of the Mrs. Florida United States title I could achieve this goal and continue to inspire others to get involved.

Kaia Jarchow,Mrs. Central Florida

Kaia Jarchow
Mrs. Central Florida US 2007

I would like to be Mrs. Central Florida because I believe the title would help me to raise even more funds and awareness for the SPCA. I am very invloved in my community and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on todays youth. I would like to encourage people to "Spay, Neuter, and Adopt" their pets and be responsible pet owners. This title has already helped my platform in more ways than I could ever imagine! I am a unique, responsible, and outgoing individual who feels comfortable in my own skin and I believe these are important qualities for the next Mrs. Florida US to possess. I believe success is measured by happiness, and with that said I would consider myself a very successful person! I would not be where I am today without my very supportive husband, family, and friends! I look forward to the opportunity to represent Central Florida in June and possibly all of Florida in the National competition!!

Mrs. Jacksonville, Wanda Foots

Becoming the next Mrs. Florida will allow me the opportunity to embrace at risk youths through out the state of Florida. I am currently involved in a program called Teen Court. Teen Court is a juvenile diversion program where first-time juvenile offenders accept responsibility for a crime they have committed and agree to have a binding sentence selected by a jury of their peers. I motivate children between the ages of 10-17 and encourage them to make positive choices. My reward is the chance to help a child change their lives. Who knows, I could be speaking to a future doctor, lawyer, or even the governor of Florida. Children are our future.

Debbie Orner
Mrs. Pinellas County U.S.

I feel I represent the married woman of Florida. Being a married woman not only means working on a strong relationship but also having a strong sense of self. As Mrs. Pinellas County I have been able to work in the community and I know the value of role models. I have worked as a Barbizon teacher and volunteered for numerous events such as Relay for Life, Making Memories, Child Abuse Prevention Healing Field. The Family Resource Center in Pinellas County has asked me to act as a spokesperson to promote education that increases marriage/relationship satisfaction and significantly reduces breakups. Since I have been married for 16 years, this is a wonderful opportunity to help others keep their relationship strong.

Beth Svilokos, Mrs Sarasota United States 2007

Beth Svilokos, Mrs.Sarasota United States 2007. Beth entered the Mrs. Florida United States pageant in celebration of her life as a wife and a new mother. After having her son, she realized the importance of maintaining a healthy and safe community for her family to thrive in. Her focus intensified on mothers and children’s organizations where she volunteers with the Junior League of Sarasota, the Forty Carrots Organization and several others. She recently served on a diaper drive for “Mothers Helping Mothers,” and collected over 2,000 diapers and baby wipes through donations. She will receive the “President’s Volunteer Service Award” from President Bush in early May of this year for her community service during 2006 and 2007.

Mrs. Clearwater United States 2007

Kris McGoldrick Mrs Clearwater 2007. When asked why she should given the chance to represent Florida at the Mrs. United States Pageant, her answer is simple- “I feel I represent married women who try to balance marriage, family and work all on a day to day basis.” Kris feels that her strong work ethic is present in all aspects of her life and she is able to empathize with the daily struggles women face to “balance” it all. “My family comes first. It is because of this dedication to them, they are able to support me in my dreams and goals.” She is extremely proud to represent the married women of Clearwater!

Mrs. Volusia County United States 2007

I have often thought of why should I be Mrs. Florida United States when there are so many other beautiful and accomplished ladies I am competing with. I lost my Brother as he was a victim of homicide. Through his loss we were able to save three lives. The grief remains but we have been able to give back through the donation of his organs, which is why organ donation is so close to my heart and my platform. I believe in marriage & love of family. We are small in numbers, but huge in devotion.
I was the first to move to Florida & am hoping my children and Grandchild will soon follow. I am blessed for each one of them and I am honored to be in Florida United States pageant.I believe in beauty at all ages. It comes from inside :). My hubby says it comes from my heart, its said to be huge!

Mrs. Palm Beach County 2007

When asked, "Why should you be the next Mrs. Florida United States?"....she replied

This time, pageant competition is different for me. My whole outlook and attitude has changed. I've done Mrs. pageants before, but this is something that I really want. I want to take the crown of Mrs. Florida United States and use it to really make a difference in my platform - Cancer Awareness. I am involved with the ACS and Making Memories, and hope to bring a bigger spotlight to their causes. After being personally hit with cancer in my family, nothing has been more vivid of a reality to me than this.

Mrs. Orlando United States 2007

Janet McCulloh was asked “Why should you be the next Mrs. Florida United States?” I have been working at the local level with Habitat for Humanity, raising awareness about the benefits of Solar energy, and giving back to the community. I relish the idea of kicking it up a notch and bringing my projects and concerns to the state level. My dad always told me "If the mind can perceive it, the heart can achieve it". My mind perceives many changes necessary for good and my heart combined with the Mrs. Florida title can achieve it.
